Agoraphobia is the fear of being trapped in a small and enclosed space. In this particular video the woman is having repeated exposures toward her fear of being trapped in an elevator. The key component of treatment is habituation in which repeated and prolonged exposure toward the feared object (i.e. elevators) leads to the eventual decrease in an anxiety. Another way to think of habituation is seeing a scary scene from a movie. At first it may seem terrifying. If you watched the same scene on repeat you would eventually find your anxiety decreases.
