Gameplan Therapy was founded in 2018 to provide comprehensive therapy services in Los Angeles and Denver. Our model utilizes exposure-based therapies, and does so with compassion and caring so that this difficult treatment approach can be exciting and liberating for patients. Each therapist at Gameplan Therapy will work with you using this effective and highly specialized treatment model, and each coach will help to encourage you to complete your exposures.
Teamwork is important at Gameplan Therapy! We firmly believe that it is important to incorporate family members into treatment, so that each person in the family knows how they can best support one another. The Gameplan Therapy model conceptualizes the therapist as the coach, the person with anxiety as the team captain, and family members, teachers, pediatricians, etc. as the team players.
Offices in Denver and Los Angeles. Teletherapy available in Colorado and California.
Teamwork is important! We talk to teachers, medical doctors, coaches, and anyone involved in your care to ensure we are working together toward the same goal.
You will receive a “gameplan” after every session with personalized strategies to help you beat your anxiety until the next session.
Each staff member has extensive training to help alleviate suffering from anxiety.
We include parents and partners as much as possible so that they can best support their loved one without enabling the anxiety
At the end of the day we want you to feel better! To reach this goal, we address anxiety-driven thoughts and behaviors.
